Singlespeed Rennen in Kroazien, 4. November

Well, it is not actually an all singlespeed race, just a category in a mtb race. But I got your attention.
It will be the first chance to race singlespeeds in Croatia or Slovenia.

November 4th

Labin, Croatia

Singlespeed category as part of 53 km mountain bike race (short for a marathon but that's what they call it since it is one big loop).

Very cool, very friendly, on the mountain overlooking the sea, so great scenery and climate... Not very technical and not too steep. I did it on 32/16 last year as only ss rider, finished about 50th out of some 170. I begged them to open the ss cat even if I race by myself

So if anybody from close (or far) wants to come, drop me a line and ask for details. Propositions are here but you probably won't understand jack.

unfortunately, there are not so many mtb-singlespeeders among us yet, but i think thist will change sooner or later

The date is always 1st or 2nd Sunday in November.

Last year I rode in shorts and short sleeves, no problem (OK, I started with arm warmers, heh).
