Da gibts genau die beiden Meta 666 (Team, normal) und den Max Max und sonst nichts anderes!

Auf dem vorherigen link gibt es aber die ganze MTB-Produktpalette!

Ich finde das einzige Bike von commencal das gut aussieht ist das Furious! Die restlichen Modelle mögen gut gehen und vielleicht super Bikes sein aber optisch sinds eher in der Mitte angesiedelt

Den Hype versteh ich nicht ganz. Nehmt es bitte nicht persönlich.

:D Witzig, naja Geschmäcker sind zum Glück verschieden sonst hätt ma alle commencal´s. Aber mir gefällt ja auch mein Morewood, aber vom schönsten Bike ist´s weit entfernt was mir aber nicht so wichtig ist da ich mehr Wert auf Funktion leg und wenns gut gehen ist die Welt in Ordnung.

...vor lauter META, META vergessen nämlich viele, dass commencal auch im XC-bereich (z.b.: supernormal, flame) geile bikes bietet!

Wahnsinn, nicht mal 2007 noch im Gange und schon die 2008er im Laden... da werden die 2007er aber purzeln und die Händler stöhnen... naja ich freu mich jedenfalls..

aber ehrlich... jedes Jahr ein ALteisen (da ja anscheinend einiges geändert wurde an der Schwinge... das ist als Käufer nicht gerade beruhigend für einen Wiederverkauf)

extrem lässig die neuen meta, gut dass i noch gewartet hab, mal schaun wann die in den verkauf kommen >> muss haben :love:

schwinge schaut super aus, war das einzige was mi bei den "alten" Modellen ein klein wenig gestört hat

The Meta 5 is Commencal's flagship bike and for '08 it gains a new hydroformed swingarm and stiffer linkages making for a better tracking and lighter rear end. The other upside is that there is no more chainsuck! As a result of the new swingarm the front mech now moves to the mainframe so chainring shifts should also be better.

The geometry has had a mild tweak to allow a 140mm fork to be used and to give a more lively ride.

The dropouts are replaceable, so not only can you replace them if you bend them, but you can also swap them out to run a thru axle for an even stiffer back end.

A nice little feature is that there are no threads on the frame itself, so even if you do overtighten the bolts or strip a thread it doesn't mean a wrecked frame.

There were rumours of a UK specific version later on in the year, more as we blackmail those involved…

As the 5's little brother the Meta 4 gets a lot of the same changes for '08 like the new linkages and swingarm, but keeps travel front and rear at 100mm.

All new for '08 is the Meta 666. With 150mm of rear travel and the ability to take 160mm at the front the 666 is designed for Marathon Downhills like the Megavalanche, but will probably find friends in the Freeride community too. Again the new Meta rear swingarm and linkages are used along with the changeable dropouts, but it also gains features from Commencal's DH bikes, like the adjustable headtube allowing the headangle to be adjusted + or -0.5º.

Some suspension designs struggle when they get into long travel territory so we'll be interested to see if the 666 can retain the feel of the 5 whilst giving another inch of pilot error cushioning.

Commencal’s larger than life racer Cedric Gracia now has a signature frame. Named after his media company, the Furious is a slopestyle/ Freeride bike with 180mm of travel at either end. Other numbers of interest are 150 (mm spacing at the rear), 83 (mm BB spacing) 1.5 (" headtube), and 05 (ISCG type).

To make it as compact as possible and to gain every inch of standover possible the Furious has a gap in the top tube that the shock piggyback moves into at full compression.

wird hald noch a bissl dauern bis die 2008er als frame only auch gibt...

um den preis nehm ich sicher kein Commencal, generell kein neues bike (mein coilair mit aehnlich guter ausstattung, oder sogar noch besser eigentlich, hab ich mir um max 2300 eur zusammengebastelt!!!!!)

So wie du rechnest wunderts mich nicht... dafür fährst auch immer die Vorjahresradln und kein Aktuelles. :devil: Wenn alle so denken würden wie du könnten die Bikehersteller zusperren

komisch, welches jahr hast du derzeit? Denn als ich letztes jahe mein 2006er Coilair kaufte, wars noch aktuell und auch fast alle verbauten parts
