Intervals < 1 minute

Hi, I'm back with 2 new questions about my TRS8008 Pro. Many thanks for the answers to my previous question on shifting gears.

 

Is it possible to program intervals shorter than 1 minute? E.g. 30" of hard riding, 2' of recovery?

 

There are a couple of 'Festprogramme' that show short intervals in the manual (Program 23-25 and 26-28), but on the display you don't see these, they seem constantly at the higher level. Is the display simply not showing enough detail?
