Pinarello Gan K Disk for winter?

Hello guys, i want to buy my secend roadbike and i want to use it all year.

I Fonds a Pinarello Gan K Disk and i find it soo beautiful but i am not Sure if i can ride it all year and if the 30mm Tire clearence is enough.

The Alternative is a trek domane sl 5 geb 4 but i dont think it rides the same way.
