Milachka Geschrieben 14. Februar 2006 Geschrieben 14. Februar 2006 Sorry again to ask my question in English. Feel free to answer in German, I think I'll understand it. I have 2 questions: - Since I installed the last software update my cockpit stops measuring my heartrate as soon as it goes over 160 . My Polar continues to give the correct values. Can this have anything to do with the software update or is there another explanation for this problem? - At what cadence does the power output correspond with the resistance. E.g. if I set resistance to 150W, and my cadence is 50rpm I am delivering half as much power as when my cadence is 100 rpm. At what cadence would my power output be 150W? Thanks in advance for any help, Peter Zitieren

See you, Georg Georg, Thanks for the reference to the graph. I found it, but I must admit that I do not understand it. Suppose that my cadence is 90 rpm and resistance is 100. How do I then read my 'Leistung'? Peter Zitieren
petzl Geschrieben 15. Februar 2006 Geschrieben 15. Februar 2006 Good morning In opposite to a "heimtrainer", the resistance at an ergometer depends on the cadence. So if you join 100 W, you deliever 100 W at any cadence, as long as you stay inside the cadence-limits, ribaimka spoke from. Heart-rate: use the transmitter of any uncoded polar-compatible HR-monitor or take the original one from daum. Zitieren
Squarry Geschrieben 15. Februar 2006 Geschrieben 15. Februar 2006 I had the same problem with the ergo_bike premium 8i and a coded Polar transmitter. Also only when my heartrate was over 160. But because my Daum is quite new, I don't know if the problem is new or not. with the daum-transmitter i have no problem. I tried to do the coaching-test with the Polar. Was not very funny to have no heartrate above 160... I had to finish and start again with the one from Daum... Zitieren
