Dear WALT DISNEY WORLD® Triathlon Athlete,

 

Disney Sports Attractions and the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort look forward to hosting you at the 2007 WALT DISNEY WORLD® Triathlon on the weekend of September 21st. We anticipate a full field competing at our new race site this year, Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.

 

Please see below several race weekend changes we are making as a result of the recent reports of issues associated with amoeba Naegleria fowleri found in Central Florida lakes:

 

- The Kids Triathlon on Saturday, Sept. 22nd will be adjusted to a duathlon, with the race consisting of the bike and run (eliminating the swim).

 

- The WALT DISNEY WORLD® Triathlon on Sunday, Sept. 23rd will be hosted as planned, a triathlon with the swim, bike and run components.

 

- For the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Triathlon on Sunday, Sept. 23rd, we recommend all athletes competing wear nose clips and/or nose plugs for the swim portion of the competition. All athletes under the age of 18 will be required to wear nose clips and/or nose plugs during the swim portion of the competition.

 

- We encourage you to bring your own nose clips and/or nose plugs with you to the event, however, we will have nose clips available for all athletes at race registration and near the race start line at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground on Sunday.

 

While sickness associated with amoeba Naegleria fowleri is very rare, it is important to take precautions while swimming in Florida fresh water lakes during the warmer months. mei kleiner bruder freut sich schon...

 

und die billigste unterkunft im disney-resort is der campingplatz, $190,00 für 2 nächte

Wennst in Linz im Pleschingersee untertauchst und anschliessend wieder auftauchst, schaust ob der Entendaunen aus wie geteert und gefedert :k: Ich will ja gar nicht wissen, wieviel die Enten da reinkacksen, wenn da schon so viele Daunen drauf sind
