Ausnahmen müssen genehmigt werden. Bei Zuwiderhandeln ist die Bezirkshauptmannschaft angehalten, bis zu 3.600 Euro Verwaltungsstrafe zu verhängen, wenn die Verwendung des Wappens geeignet ist, "eine öffentliche Berechtigung vorzutäuschen" oder "das Ansehen der Republik Österreich zu beeinträchtigen". the traenen are coming me in this doolittle country. people are nowadays laughing on me, which i cannot understand or gar accept. i once was a big deer here, my friend karl-heinz uebrigens also was (he married rich and is now doing some graet financial stuff). immerhin were we the elite-guys, who ruled this country some years in an einzigartige manner (i mean style, not the famous schnitte) and i can asure you, that doctor wolf schussel has seinerzeit carefully choosen us for a government of the best heads.

to say it clear: we are not so bad as it seems now in public, people are eben very unthankful, because the politicverdrossenheit in austria is un-understandable high.

please take me out of here and give me a job were i do not need to work to hard and i can live good of my reputation an freunderlship.
