Update:The man went to the polivce himself after his son regonised his fathers arm. Turns out the son called his dad, the dad turned around to check on his son and then hit the woman's bike.Police investigated it and came to the conclusion based on others around him that there was no faul play. The organisation agrees and will have a talk with the man and his insurance this week.
